Hello again!
Just to let you know that we have just returned again from Santa Cruz (apt 809) and yet again have had a fabulous week. The gardens are spectacular and the accommodation never disappoints, backed up by the staff who are always friendly, from the Reception staff right through to the gardeners.
We said we would return.......... we will again!

Hi Club La Costa,
We have just come back from one of the best holidays ever! Santa Cruz Suites is perfect, with the restaurant and entertainment spot on and very tasteful. It is the best accommodation we have had, and we are so missing our hot tub today........
Congratulations to Club La Costa all round with Santa Cruz Suites - rest assured we will be back again!

Sunningdale Village, Tenerife
I am writing to show my appreciation to the Sunningdale Village staff during the period 3rd to 13th May.
My husband and I were on holiday with my 86 year-old mother who unfortunately fell and was taken to hospital. The outcome of the fall was that she fractured her femur and needed to be repatriated to the UK due to the seriousness of the break and the need for surgical intervention. She remained in hospital while waiting for repatriation. My husband had to return home on his normal flight and my mum and I had to wait for the air ambulance that was then delayed by the volcanic ash.
During the 10 days while all of this took place, the care and attention shown to us by everyone from customer services and reception to waiters and even the maintenance staff was unbelievable. Without it, I firmly believe we would have been unable to cope. They certainly helped to make the situation a little more bearable and even more so when I was on my own after my husband had returned home.
My husband and I firmly believe that, had we not been at a Club La Costa resort, the nightmare we lived through would have been harder to endure. My mum is currently still in hospital but we are hoping for a good outcome.
I have personally written to Sunningdale Village to thank them all but felt it should be recognised on a higher scale.
Many thanks once again to the superb, caring staff at Sunningdale Village and we hope to return in the not too distant future for a proper week’s holiday this time, without any mishaps!

Wyndham Resort, Grand Bahama
Dear Club La Costa,
Regarding our recent honeymoon at the above resort.
We would like to say that the place was fabulous. We could not see how anybody could complain about the resort as we visited some of the other hotels on the island but still thought ours was the best and most comfortable.
The food was brilliant and was made fresh on the spot, right in front of you. They varied the meals from day to day and it all tasted fantastic. The Junkanoo restaurant staff were extremely helpful and the food was extremely good. The Beach restaurant was amazing, the Bamboo restaurant was very tasteful and tranquil and the food in the Italian restaurant was delicious. Everything on the menu that we had was brilliant and the staff couldn't have been any more accommodating.
The rooms were all clean and tidy and cleaned on a daily basis. Our room looked like it had recently been renovated and they were also renovating some of the other rooms on our block when we were there. We never heard any noise during the day or night even when they were working on the rooms. The cleaning staff at the hotel couldn't be any more helpful and they left our towels with flower arrangements in them to make them look like hanging baskets and vases - very tasteful.
The bars were well manned, the staff were extremely friendly and they were all very helpful and funny.
The entertainment was second to none. They put on shows at night that could have been at any theatre in Britain. During the day they were all friendly and very helpful and very knowledgeable about the hotel and surrounding areas.
I just thought I would send this as I believe Club La Costa would do well to keep using this hotel and we would be more than happy to go back every year.

Thank you and well done
Dear Club La Costa,
We have just returned from our annual family Easter break with Club La Costa and, on behalf of everyone, I would like to say a very big thank you to all the staff who as always were very helpful and always do everything possible to make the stay enjoyable.
I have to tell you what my four year old grandson said when he arrived. After checking in he was heading to the accommodation with his mum and dad and when he got to the arched entrance to the pool area by Zacary`s he got all excited and looked up at his mum and dad and said, `Mummy, daddy we`re home! We lived here last year!´ I think it kind of sums up how we all feel about staying at Club La Costa, Mijas Costa.
Every year when I get home, everyone just keeps talking about the great time we all had. The `Facebook´ pages are always full of happy pictures and I always get asked by family and friends to tell them more about this 'Club La Costa thing'.
Up until now I have not tried to sell the idea to anyone. However, I am now ready to start doing this, but really would like to clarify exactly what I own with my Vacation Club membership. Is it an investment? What`s it currently worth? Do I own a share in the club?

Dear Club La Costa,
A member of your staff recently spent some time on my behalf, as the CLC member, booking a hotel break that I could give to my step-daughter as her honeymoon gift. That break is now booked under the above reference.
I would just to like to thank her for the time and effort she took to secure the booking on my behalf, thus enabling the hopefully happy couple to enjoy a short time away in May following their wedding.
Your service as ever has been most helpful and efficient.
