World of Hotels
Hi there all at CLC,
As promised, I am writing to inform you as to my thoughts regarding our recent overnight stay using the World of Hotels promotion.
Well what can I say? I was expecting a double room with en-suite, no more and no less. What we got was actually a 9th floor top double suite, with it's own bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, living room plus a larger than average balcony with stunning views of the Thames, O2 Arena and Canary Wharf see photo enclosed.
The only let down was that a new development was being built to the side of the building, but this will be stunning when completed. The staff were very obliging and courteous and the breakfast was like something from the USA....endless and extremely tempting.
Once again, thank you for arranging our stay and introducing us to World of Hotels. We shall certainly be using them again in the future.

Santa Cruz Suites is perfect, with the restaurant and entertainment spot on and very tasteful. It is the best accommodation we
have had, and we are so missing our hot tub today........
Congratulations all round to Club La Costa with Santa Cruz Suites- rest assured we will be back again!

‘Hotel Nights’
I have just had the pleasure of booking a 1-night stay in the Ramada Hotel & Suites Dockland through your good selves at Club La Costa.
I initially rang only to enquire, however the lady that dealt with my call, Melanie Simon Ruiz, was most enlightening with regards to how many choices we could have. I have a brochure that only offered 2 choices in London and wasn't expecting either of them to be available at short notice.
I would just like to say that I am very impressed with Melanie's level of service. Even when I chose the Ramada I then asked her to go ahead and check others, in case there was one with a pool for use, and as there wasn't we proceeded with the Ramada Docklands.
I only hope our stay there is just as accommodating. I shall email my thoughts on that next week.

Hustyns
I recently returned from a holiday at your Hustyns resort and had to write to say what a lovely place it is.
We had a 3-bedroom lodge which was fantastic, with everything anyone could ever want, and the grounds were immaculate.
Our grandchildren did not want to leave and enjoyed, among other things, the wonderful indoor pool which they visited every day - and sometimes twice a day!
Our daughter said she had never visited a place so clean, everywhere you went on the resort was spotless.
The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, making for a great holiday experience.
Everyone at the resort should be complimented on the way it is run and looked after.

Club La Costa Yacht Club
Dear Mercedes, Mandy and Jennifer,
Just a little note to send you all a great big thank you for all the administration work that you did for us prior to and during our fabulous holiday in Turkey. It was lovely to meet you Jennifer. We always like to see who has been helping us a lot, so that we can give a personal thanks.
Please will you forward this email to Roy Peires and Leor Revivo. We would very much like them to know just how much we enjoyed sailing along the Turkish coast and then the faboulour resort of Loryma.
Yacht Club. We were anticipating a brilliant sail, but the Turkish coast far exceeded our expectations. We also really appreciate all that John and Amy did for us in making the sail memorable. Antony's diving was a really astounding experience for him and he cannot wait to go to the Red Sea now; thank you Leor.
Loryma. We were astounded by the fantastic views from the resort. We were equally impressed by the friendliness, professionalism, courtesy and efficiency of all the staff on the site. Everything was wonderful. Thank you. We will definitely be returning there.
