Hi Rachael
I didn't have a chance before we left to complete the customer satisfaction questionnaire; I have since found it in my bag and I will complete and send on to you.
I feel it is important to do this because you all made our stay such an enjoyable experience. We have travelled extensively in Europe, the UK and worldwide and on our way home agreed that there was nothing we could criticise (unusual for us!) The nearest comparison is to hotels in Malaysia where there are high standards of service/decor.
We found the staff without exception to be charming, helpful and keen to ensure our stay was a good experience; the rooms were so comfortable I could have stayed for months!! We walked around the grounds and were impressed with the standard of upkeep and how beautifully the gardens were maintained and in keeping with the environment.
The two beauticians who looked after me on the 21st were so professional yet friendly and interesting to talk to, I felt a different person after their ministrations! Please be sure to pass this on to them and say thank you; they are a big asset to your organisation.
We ate on the night of the 21st in the Brasserie and were entertained by a guitarist. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and he contributed greatly to our evening - he is so good.
The meals were excellent, congratulations to the chef and kitchen staff, again the service was excellent but discreet and the menu choices were very good.
Everything about the hotel, the decor and ambience was perfect and we intend to visit you again - a shame we have to wait for end of season, I would have loved to see it in June!!
We had dinner with friends last night and we told them all about you - they intend to visit you in the next few weeks!!
Please be sure to pass this email on to your hotel manager and a big thanks to you all for making our stay enjoyable.
Only one criticism - signposting in from the lane is not very clear as the main entrance was closed and on the way out the automatic barrier wasn't mentioned. It was a bit confusing and I started to reverse thinking we couldn't get out that way, but luckily someone was behind and explained it was automatic.
Best wishes

Lorraine and I would like to thank you for arranging the accommodation and supplying the necessary information to make our recent stay at the Alpine Centre and first ski holiday a very memorable experience and a great holiday, so much so that we have already made a reservation to stay with you again next year!
We were sorry that we did not get the chance to thank you in person as we were on the slopes/ski school when you were working and you had left the office by the time we got back to the hotel! Your staff were very polite and courteous in reception and we would like to say a special thanks to Adam and David in the restaurant who not only worked hard but were very friendly and helpful, they even went snowboarding with my son and his friend!
Thanks again for your help and hopefully we will see you in person next year.
Kind regards

Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time at the New Year's Eve dinner at Sunset Restaurant; the meal was excellent, the staff were amazing (especially Soriya), the wine & champagne superb, and the entertainment fantastic.
Thank you to all at the Sunset Restaurant for a wonderful end to 2008 and beginning to 2009.
My husband and his friend wore their kilts so were the centre of attention.
Only problem was we didn't manage to eat all 12 grapes at midnight!
Just have to practice and try again next year!
We hope to be back to spend New Year at San Diego Suites again in thefuture.

A Big Thank You
Good Afternoon,
I've made lots of bookings through central reservations over the years but must highlight the service received this week from Danny.
Twice this week I had him answer when I called and nothing was too much trouble for him and he was not only efficient and cheerful but I was kept fully informed and entertained. Obviously when you get the booking you were looking for it makes a difference but on the first call when it wasn't available it was still a pleasure to deal with him. Thank you.
Kind Regards

In our ‘life’ before Club La Costa, we were predictable with our holidays. Twice a year, we would go abroad scuba diving and, at some point in between, would spend a week in Cornwall – and yes, we would scuba dive and enjoy, all in all, some really good holidays.
We have been Club La Costa members now for just over a year and to say that our holiday habits have changed is quite an understatement.
1. Spent one week at the Santa Cruz apartments soaking up the sun and living an exclusive life with private hot tub, plenty of wine in the fridge and a complimentary bottle of champagne given to us for our wedding anniversary a the end of the week. We were as chilled as the wine waiting to be poured, vowing to be back………….
2. One week in Tenerife at Sunningdale brought to life again the adventurer in us. Hiring a car, we set off to the top of Mt. Teide, stopping to take the obligatory photographs when we noticed the engine oil light flashing. Not wanting to panic (much) we quickly checked the oil level…..mmm, we had a problem – it looked like the altitude was affecting the oil and although we should be OK, we did carry onwards and upwards, slowly! Not wanting to take any risks on the return journey, we freewheeled all the way down, even managing to pick up enough speed to overtake an old man on a bicycle. We laughed so much our faces ached… and we even managed to pack in a few days scuba diving before returning home, vowing to be back……………..
3. A short break at Duchally and we were out walking miles – both totally out of condition and telling ourselves that, whenever we stopped, we were taking in the view when we were really gasping for breath! The hot tub and steam room at the leisure centre eased the aching bones. We packed the car and left complete with aching legs and a smile on our face, vowing to be back……………….
4. Finally, we have just returned from Les Cottages du Lac resort in France. We travelled by motorbike with friends from England and toured the region, which I can tell you is a lot bigger in real life than it is on a map. We had a fantastic time doing something that we intended doing years ago but never did and left to travel back to the ferry, vowing to be back……….
We enjoy our diving holidays and did think that perhaps CLC would be used more by the kids and in-laws – how wrong could we have been? We have already booked I at Marina Dorado next year to have an extended touring trip around Spain, again by motorbike, and simply cannot wait. We are already planning our itinerary.
You know, we are quickly learning that a good holiday can come in many guises and we hope through CLC to enjoy many more.

I am an owner with Club La Costa. We bought in Tenerife when it was Paradise Club, in 1993, then changed to points with CLC. We also own with Diamond Resorts at Royal Sunset Beach Club, but keep fixed weeks there, and in Peurto de la Cruz, also with fixed weeks.
We have been visiting what was Paradise Club, and now Club La Costa, 4 or 5 times per year since 1993. Since CLC took over it gets better and better. Every time you go there are always lovely changes to the complex. It deserves top marks and Gold Crown. It’s the friendliest timeshare. My grandchildren don’t think they have had a holiday unless they get to Paradise. It’s just like going home to family after all these years, we know so many really well and always get looked after.
Like many people, we were ‘old-time’ timeshare owners and didn’t like the points change over, but once we decided to change we find it much better and we also get more than two weeks with our points compared to the two fixed weeks we owned. No-one should be scared of changing – we did it twice and cancelled before the 14-day ‘cooling-off’ period. Then, on the third time, we wished we hadn’t – it’s the best thing ever. We are getting 8 weeks now by using the offer periods and we are proud to be Diamond members.
We know we have the best in every way; the apartment, the facilities and the staff – well done Club La Costa!
In the past, timeshare got a bad name and, while some of the things you heard were true, you just have to be careful who you buy from. There are no worries with CLC – everything runs smoothly most of the time and Tenerife has the same climate in all seasons, so it’s a good investment.
