I just thought that I would once again congratulate Club La Costa on yet another superb resort. It has become something of a tradition for my wife and I to get our family together for an autumn break in the UK.
Last year we spent a week at Hustyns, a truly magnificent resort. This year we booked a three-bedroom lodge at Duchally Country Estate. Once again we were absolutely delighted. The lodge had all the comforts of home, even if the living area on the first floor took a little getting used to. Going to bed downstairs was certainly novel but quite handy if too much wine had been consumed over dinner!
The resort facilities were well used by my family, especially the swimming pool and fitness centre, my own choice being a cup of coffee and a read of the papers in the adjoining lounge area. The quality of food and service in the restaurant lived up to all expectations and was excellent. The resort staff were always pleasant, helpful and attentive and all in all, we had another great family holiday. Once again Club La Costa have made our investment worth every penny. Thank you.

I would like to thank you for organising our trip to Egypt and the Nile cruise in October.
This was an experience never to be forgotten. The company ‘Discover Egypt’ and their local agents ‘Viking Travel’ were superb in every way. Their operation and expertise were first class and took all the organisation and worry away from us so that we could relax and enjoy the experience.
The cruise ship was great fun and everyone we came in contact with was very helpful and friendly. The Guides we had were excellent and obviously very knowledgeable, they made the visits to the temples and other sites come alive with their stories rather than us just looking at some old monuments. The hotels we stayed in both in Cairo and El Gouna were also first class and part of the overall experience.
I would not hesitate to recommend this experience to anyone, and we would hope to be able to repeat it ourselves in the future

We have recently returned from a stay at the Alpine Centre and we participated in the Week of Indulgence. What a fabulous week and staff. Nothing was too much trouble. They created a fabulous atmosphere.
Phil, the manager on the desk, was so helpful and Jorg, the restaurant manager, organised some great events and the torch-lit walk was a real experience.
The food was beautifully cooked and presented every time.
Daniel who did the excursions obviously loves his country and we will certainly be going back.
We just wanted to give feedback, as it was such a different holiday to the ones we have had in Spain and the team there lived up to the ‘warm welcome’ on the CLC Alpine Centre advertising. They are all a credit to your company.

We have just returned from yet another great Christmas holiday in the Costa del Sol where we have spent the last 3 Christmases and have once again experienced good food, fantastic service, and all in a great location.
We would like to thank all the members of the staff for giving us yet another very memorable Christmas break. You are all fantastic and make us feel very special.

I have to say something to all members about my holiday at Santa Cruz at California Beach Resort: the accommodation and resort is out of this world. You could not ask for more. The layout of the resort makes it easy to reach pools, bars, restaurants and listen to music. The staff could not be more helpful. They make time to talk to you, which is really nice. This is the life! After one week I don’t want to go home!
