We have been members of Club La Costa for the past two years, having been referred by close friends of ours.
We have been to a few resorts including Sunningdale Village, Club Monterey, Aztec Country Club and are planning a return trip to Monterey later this year.
We have found that all CLC resorts are of a very high standard; location, cleanliness and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. One example of this was last year we were in Aztec Country Club in Malaga and found that there were very little excursions organised for the CLC members staying within the resort.
We called Lisa Proven from the Travel Club of CLC, who very kindly listened to our problem and sent a taxi to collect us and brought us to HQ, from there she helped us to organise all the excursions that my family needed to fulfil our holiday.
Since becoming members Lisa has helped us with all our booking needs and always been very helpful and professional, so much so it’s now like talking to a friend.
We are off to Tenerife next Feb. on our last family holiday as our oldest child is off to university next year and will not be coming on holiday with the ‘old ones’ again. We were hoping to get into Monterey Royale as treat for us all. Siobhan from the marketing dept is trying hard to make this a reality. So once again the staff are pulling out all the stops to make our time in Tenerife a memorable one. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them.

I recently spent a week at Sunningdale Village in Tenerife. This was my first Club La Costa holiday and I just wanted to let you know that I thought the resort was wonderful! Very nice accommodation, friendly, helpful staff and good facilities - I would recommend you to my friends and associates.

We have been a Club La Costa member for 3 years. We have always been very impressed by the consistent high standard that any accommodation around the world offers. Recently we used some of our points to go on a P&O cruise around the Mediterranean on the Oceana. This was an outstanding holiday enjoyed not only by us, but by our teenage daughters and my parents as well.
There was a Teens Club that had events such as pool activities, discos, deck parties and proms. The teen club was run continuously from 10 in the morning until 2 the following morning. There was also other clubs for the younger members onboard and a crèche to allow parents to spend a good night out, whether it be in the disco or the casino, They have different day classes from line dancing to computer courses everyone is accommodated.
The trips were another highlight for us on this cruise. They catered for many people’s preferences from a trip around the Barcelona Football Stadium to a sightseeing tour around Rome, shopping in Monte Carlo plus lots more.
The food was of the highest standard imaginable. The menus were varied and there was always something to try every night. If you wanted a break from being waited on hand and foot, there was food available throughout the ship 24 hours a day. The accommodation was also very impressive. Wherever you had been throughout the day it was always satisfying to come back to 5-star accommodations within a friendly environment.
This was a very relaxing holiday for all the family and we would recommend cruising to any Club La Costa members who want to experience the world in a different way. Thank you so much for allowing us to have an outstanding holiday.

Dear Sirs,
I am writing to praise one of your colleagues, Karen Barnett from your reservations team. Karen was most helpful in checking out the various locations I requested. As the resorts appeared to be fully occupied for my preferred dates, Karen offered to search for availability in other resorts resulting in my booking several holidays for 2007.
I found Karen to be very cheerful, willing to help and happy to search through your network of resorts until something suitable was found. On contacting Reservations I shall look forward to Karen answering my call.

This year we went back to Tenerife and stayed at a different resort: Paradise. Again, Club La Costa arranged all the flights and transport to the apartment. The pool was outside our apartment and Murphy’s Pub was great – not far to get home!
My 8-year-old son taught himself to swim during our stay and feels so proud of himself. And, of course, we feel proud too.
We had an extremely enjoyable holiday and, now that we are back in England, we are already planning our holiday for next year.
