Travel Queries

Dear Club La Costa,
A member of your staff recently spent some time on my behalf, as the CLC member, booking a hotel break that I could give to my step-daughter as her honeymoon gift. That break is now booked under the above reference.

I would just to like to thank her for the time and effort she took to secure the booking on my behalf, thus enabling the hopefully happy couple to enjoy a short time away in May following their wedding.

Your service as ever has been most helpful and efficient.

Dear Sir,
I sent an e-mail to the Travel Club here in England (Southend-on-Sea) to thank them for their wonderful concern and help. As I said in my Christmas card to them, and I quote, 'All of you at the resort do everything possible to make our stay wonderful.'

The Travel Club do everything for us. We are busy people and they have got to know where we like to fly from, the times we like to fly, our car parking needs and they even remind me when my travel insurance is due to expire! To sum it up – Club La Costa give us a wonderful holiday and the Travel Club helps us get there.

We have been members for 10 years now and we work long, hard hours, so to take 3-4 weeks holiday each year is just what we need.

Thank you again, can't wait to get to Spain on Saturday.

I would just like to say a big thank you to the member of your Travel team for the efficient way in which she dealt with our hotel requests for Auckland and Christchurch in New Zealand for January and February, 2011. She has a helpful and friendly telephone manner and came back to me quickly with answers to my requests.
This is the first time I have used points against hotel nights and I must say how impressed I am with the number of points required for the quality of hotel booked.

CLUB LA COSTA SCORES FULL MARKS AGAIN!!!!!!

We have recently returned from a week at Paradise Club in Tenerife with my elderly parents, aged 80 and 90.

The apartment, as usual, was beautifully equipped but, sadly, there were not quite enough cushions for my mother who has a bad back and no slip mats for the shower and bath, which were obviously essentials for them. We phoned down and within an hour cushions and bathmats arrived plus a follow up phone call to check that everything was alright and we did not need anything else.

We have taken my parents to Hustyns, to Santa Cruz Suites in Spain and to Paradise Club and each time they have commented on how attentive the staff are and how nothing ever seems too much trouble. We are taking them to Duchally in April and not surprisingly they can't wait. It is not just the attention to detail at your resorts that makes them special for us but the kindness and willingness of your staff.

We have been to Paradise Club several times (although just the once with my parents) and one of the things that strikes me is that you see the same staff again and again, which speaks volumes for your company as they must be happy in their work.

Thank you very much for the time and information you gave me today. I came with no pre-conceived ideas re owning a property in Turkey.
I have been a diamond member with Club La Costa since 2000. Through the years, I have become more enhanced and pleased with the ethos of the company, the friendliness of the staff and, most important, come to trust the products of the company – timeshare.
Today, I made a purchase for a property in Turkey. I am already looking forward to using this for at least 4 weeks in the year, as well as my other timeshare weeks in Spain – but most important of all, looking at it as an investment for the future.
The whole experience was made simple by the expertise of the consultant and the well thought out processes arranged by CLC Estates – I do not want a product which will worry me when I go back home – but this suits me since all financial arrangements are put into place already.

Club La Costa World Resorts – Prana, Koh Samui, Thailand


I would like to give you feedback on our stay at Prana Resorts during the week 16th - 23rd January. I would say it is probably the best timeshare resort we have been to in all our time using them - it was that good.
The staff were amazing and really, really helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We both used the Spa for massages each day and found it great value - plus the service was outstanding. The restaurant was vegetarian and all the food we had was superb - there could have been more choice on the lunch and dinner menus, but that was the only concern. The quality was fantastic and you could taste all the fresh ingredients.
Our room was as described and very comfortable - we could see the sea! We had to pinch ourselves each day when we looked at the view with the infinity pool! Heaven!
The pictures on the Prana Resorts and Club La Costa websites are amazing and they show exactly how the resort is...it is that beautiful. There are some restaurants in Fishermans’ Village which is a quick taxi journey away - and they are cheap compared to European prices.
It was a fantastic time and we would highly recommend Prana Resorts to anyone.
