Having just returned from our yearly skiing trip, I’m compelled to write in to express our thanks for what can only be described as another great family holiday supplied by Club La Costa. Since becoming members 4 years ago, we have had many great holidays. In 2006, we had a week at the Alpine Centre, Austria; another week at Easter in San Diego Suites and then a further 2 weeks again at San Diego suites – all of which were great. The quality of accommodation and service were second to none.
Thank you Club La Costa and especially Carolin-Miatta Messner and Joerg Fisler. You made a good holiday GREAT!!
To those who are thinking of going skiing here, don't. It'll get booked up and I won't be able to get in for next year! But seriously it’s a great place to go. They have their own glacier so you can go anytime of the year. The hotel is very welcoming, the food is excellent and the staff were great (the beer’s not bad either).

Thought I would share this picture of our daughter Lucy on our recent holiday with you. We had a week on a canal boat from Sawley Marina. Lucy loved helping with the locks. She was very good wearing her life jacket every time she got off of the boat! We traveled along the Trent and Mersey Canal, visiting lots of places along the way. The Bass Brewery was very interesting; Lucy loved their big horses. The boat was very well equipped, with a full size fridge and cooker; it even had a microwave! A great time was had by all!!

Dear Club La Costa,
My name is Joe Roche and I am 14 years old. I have recently stayed at one of your resorts in Austria, The Alpine Centre (11 Feb 06 to18 Feb 06). During this holiday I had not been able to ski because of a leg injury that meant I had to have crutches and a cast, on my first day of skiing.
What would have been a very boring holiday was made bearable because of your staff at The Alpine Centre. They were fantastic and helped my mum and I during our stay. All the staff were fantastic, nothing was ever too much bother for them, but especially Carolin Miatta (the receptionist) she helped us a lot, doing whatever was possible to make our stay more enjoyable in our situation, and Sonia (the shuttle driver) who took my mum around the place, into Saalfelden.
The other helpful people were the two waitresses in Zackary’s. Especially the woman that dealt with breakfast, as she got all my food for me from the buffet, whilst I had my leg (in a cast) resting on a chair.
Also Eva the other receptionist was very helpful to me and my mum, and so was Jorg who was driving the shuttle for me and my mum one afternoon. He gave us a short tour on the way back to the resort, showing us some of the beautiful Austrian scenery and telling us about the local culture.
Altogether your staff were jolly, and very helpful whenever they saw me and they made the holiday enjoyable for me even with my leg injury. So I would very much appreciate it if you would pass on my thanks and also the thanks from the rest of my family.

Hello,
We have just returned from two weeks at Santa Cruz Suites and though the Spanish weather may not be at its best in February it was as always a pleasure to be there.
I last visited with friends in September of last year and was surprised and pleased to see just how many of the your employees remembered my last visit and gave both myself and my partner such a warm welcome.
Service in the Safari Restaurant is particularly good and the manager Jose is to be commended along with Darko, Lydia, Manuel and Miguel.
We are both looking forward to our next visit and hope to see everyone soon.

Liz McGuinness here from Carlisle.
My daughter was 21 on 6th January this year. Being Scots, we never spend New year away from home but we did this year as we decided to take Collette to Club La Costa in Spain for her birthday and New Year, along with our other daughter and son-in-law (six of us in total).
We had a fabulous time! The Club La Costa representatives made it so special for us all from start to finish and Lisa, who booked the accommodation, was excellent.
What a great memory the girls will have. Collette said she would tell her kids all about it. (I hope this is a few years away as she has now seeing a lovely boy, and I am too young to be a grandmother!!)
Anyone thinking of celebrating a birthday or special occasion, don`t hesitate. It was GREAT.
