I would like to say a big thank you on behalf of my family (Woolf), you all made the week with you very enjoyable. The exceptional service from all departments was much appreciated, the care over my Partners dietary needs was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble.
Please pass my thanks on to all those concerned and say sorry to Lisa that we did not say good bye or should I say `Auf Wiedersehen`.

I hope the attached pictures come through as it shows the Bamforth family at the end of another excellent Club La Costa holiday. This is our fourth holiday with Club La Costa but our first in England for 20 years (when we booked we knew the new baby would only be a few days old so we did not want to risk a long journey or too much heat). We have come to expect a high standard at all the resorts we have visited and Devoncourt was no exception. We were able to take advantage of the change in Essex County Council`s school holiday timetable so we reserved two apartments for the whole family, which were full of all the features we needed. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We prefer self-catering because we can fit in better with the children`s requirements. However we did have a good time on the quiz night, in the snooker room and using the other facilities. So what if the weather played up a bit, Exmouth and the surrounding area has a great deal to offer the whole family (Escot Park was our favourite). And we could hardly keep the children out of Devoncourt`s indoor swimming pool.
We were so pleased with our latest holiday that we booked our next one (in yet another resort we have not previously visited) straight away. We are so pleased we bought into the Club La Costa experience.

Having just returned from the Club La Costa for the 4th time in just 14 Months we have nothing but praise for the Accommodation, Organisation, friendliness and cleanliness of the Resort.
It goes without saying where we will be going later this year.

We took two friends who had owned canalboats in the past on a week`s holiday from Stratford on Avon. We all had a wonderful time despite the rain and wind, not to mention falling branches. When the sun shone the colour of the foliage was fabulous and going UNDER Spaghetti Junction was a revelation.
Our friends, who know about these things, said thatthe boat couldn`t have been better equipped or laid out. Their one comment was that a key for the new style locking system to stop vandalising should have been given to us. However, we managed to buy one which we will take when, hopefully, we can go again.
The boat we had was Scooby, and 60 ft was easily long enough for the four of us, but I`m not sure where six would sleep. However, that didn`t affect us and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
