To all staff at CLC Travel,
We must congratulate your staff on their efficiency.
They always sort out the best flights which suit us, as well as taxis from the airport etc. Whatever we want is never too much trouble.
We always send cards to the staff at the holiday resorts in Spain and Tenerife for making our holidays wonderful. We then thought you all deserve a card for helping us get there.
So keep up the good work and we look forward to speaking with one of you soon to book our next flights for our forthcoming holiday to Spain.

MARINA DEL REY
Hi to everyone in Member Services and Reservations,
Thanks for a lovely week over New Year. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we had booked two weeks. We have never been to Spain at this time of year and would definitely like to come back again as we did much more sightseeing than we do when the weather is hot.
It's a pity we had to come back to the freezing arctic conditions we are enduring here in the UK. We have not been able to move our cars off the drive for 4 days and we are expecting more snow and colder conditions over the next few days.
The apartments were cosy and warm and up to the usual standard we expect from Club La Costa. We will be returning to Marina del Rey in October and we are already looking forward to it. Before that, we will go to Hustyns in February and hopefully Ibiza in June (waiting for confirmation).
Happy New Year to you all.
Kind regards

World of Hotels - Paris
Hi,
On Tuesday afternoon I contacted Club La Costa Travel regarding a family trip to Paris from 27th to 30th August 2010. Your consultant could not have been more helpful and had soon checked prices and arranged accommodation for nine people at the Bellevue Hotel, Montmartre, Paris.
This trip is to celebrate wedding anniversaries - my husband Jim and I celebrate our 50th anniversary on 1st September; my younger daughter Linda and her husband Gordon celebrate their 20th anniversary on 1st September (yes, they married on our 30th) and my eldest daughter Aileen and her husband Stuart will have their 25th anniversary on 6th August. The Bank Holiday weekend was therefore convenient for us to take a trip together with our three teenage granddaughters Christine, Catherine and Katrina.
Although your consultant must have been busy, she patiently listened to all the anniversary information and even said she would pass it on to the hotel. I assured her we were not looking for any special treatment but she insisted that she would only pass the information and wait and see.
Her patience and concern, together with the efficiency which we tend to take for granted when dealing with Club La Costa, were very much appreciated and she has helped me to make arrangements which would otherwise have been beyond me. Please pass on my thanks to her again.
The various hotel confirmations were received this afternoon. Thanks to you all.
Helen Brown.

Dear Club La Costa,
Like many members, we had become concerned about the increase in management fees and were considering what to do for the best. Then something happened to make our decision easier.
After a delightful 2 weeks at Sunningdale, we moved along the coast to another resort for one more week, which we had booked as an exchange through a competitor. What an eye-opener! During that week we realised that value for money is a significant factor.
The following is a list of things provided at Club La Costa resorts free of charge, but NOT by the competition:
| Club La Costa | Competitor |
| Helpful Porters on arrival | No Porters, helpful or otherwise |
| SMILING Reception staff | |
| Warm welcome | |
| Resort maps and guides | |
| Sachets of coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper | |
| Water & milk | |
| Bread, butter, jam | |
| Washing up liquid | |
| Washing machine with tablets | |
| Shampoo, bath oil | |
| Scissors, cereal bowls, mugs | |
| Welcome meeting with free food and drink and loads of useful information | |
| Late bar and happy staff | The one bar closed at 6.00pm - calamity! |
| Great balcony with sun beds, towels | |
| Super TV with all channels | Tiny TV with only one English channel |
| Free remote control, extra room key, safe All charged for | |
| Telephone!!!! | |
| Constant hot water | |
| COMFORTABLE beds | Reminded me of military service |
We think we sometimes take the excellent Club La Costa facilities for granted. Not any more for us! The question of value for money is important and we are renewing our membership,
thanks to everyone at Sunningdale.

Hi, hopefully to a Supervisor,
Members feedback is very important to us, - would I indeed like to give you some feedback! I was delighted with my recent dealings with Club La Costa, when I booked quite a complicated holiday in Greece. I would like you to commend the two staff members in question for their hard work in putting together a very detailed holiday for myself and my husband.
I recently booked a honeymoon through RCI for my daughter and the level of service was not anywhere near the level of service I received from your people. As far as possible I would much rather book through CLC than RCI.
I have always worked in a customer service role myself and so I have very high expectations of people who deal with me as a customer. Your people were so very helpful and efficient in putting together the whole package.
Very professional and so very pleasant!
Please pass on my thanks and comments to the people who dealt with me. That level of service should be recognised!
Kind regards,
Lynnette Skilbeck (a very satisfied customer)

Hustyns Wedding
Hello,
We have just returned from a Monday to Friday mid-week break at Hustyns, where we had the most fantastic holiday. It ended with the wedding of our son, Barry, to his partner, Juanita, at the resort on Thursday.
We just wanted to thank the resort Manager and the Restaurant Manager for all they did to make everything run so smoothly. It was the most relaxing wedding we have ever been to and it was all down to their support and the help of all the staff involved. They helped Barry and Juanita organise everything and it could not have been better.
We had family and friends from Ireland, Scotland, Manchester, Ely and Portsmouth staying in the lodges, which were outstanding. We all had a wonderful break, enjoying all the facilities of the resort and the staff did all the hard work, sorting out everything for us. The health & beauty staff did a superb job doing all the hair, make-up and nails for Juanita and the bridesmaids. The photographer also did an amazing job, capturing this most memorable occasion and ensuring everyone was relaxed for the photos, while the disco in the evening was so good we all had sore feet from dancing!
We cannot praise highly enough the standard of the food that was served. It was fantastic! How the chef managed to produce so many portions of scallops –all cooked to perfection - and steaks cooked exactly as ordered really impressed all the wedding guests, including one who is a chef! The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. In fact, all the staff at Hustyns were friendly and helpful and all those who spoke to us said how much they loved working for Club La Costa, which is lovely to hear.
Any members looking for the perfect venue for a family wedding should look no further than Hustyns. The setting is perfect and the photos on the website do not do it justice. The staff cannot be praised highly enough for their efficiency when pulling everything together.
We would also like to thank all the Club La Costa members staying at the resort for joining us in the evening to celebrate. It made for quite an evening to remember.
Once again, thank you to all the staff at Hustyns. We cannot praise you highly enough.
Pat and Eddie Noble
