What a week - Thank you
Dear Member Services and Travel Club,
Just had to say a BIG THANK YOU for all your help this week.
I am due to go into hospital next week and I wanted to get everything sorted out prior to going in for 6 weeks.
I knew the dates for the flights were due to be released very shortly so I called Club La Costa Travel and spoke with Gina – she was so helpful it was unbelievable. We got some great flights and I changed my reservation twice with the Reservations team, but each time they were so professional and understanding. Gina then asked how we liked to spend our holiday and had so much experience of Turkey, I also decided to book the car hire through her as well. When I told the family about the changes and the wonderful customs we are going to experience, I think they were even more excited about going to Turkey - and we still have 9 months of waiting!!!!
My next concern was ensuring that we didn’t miss the opportunity of the payment plan to pay our management fees – I was delighted when I received the email this morning and I have got that all arranged as well.
So now I can relax and have the operation knowing I have booked the big family holiday (I will be booking Hustyns for a pamper week, once I am fully recovered and able to drive again!! And then hopefully Portugal in September!!) We have only managed to get one of our friends to visit this year but we aim to get at least five next year – so they too can enjoy the wonder of Club la Costa.

Hi all,
Together with our children we have used twice our membership vacation points of Club La Costa in 2009. In our spring holidays, 7 days to Santa Cruz Suites, Costa del Sol and in our summer holidays, 15 days to Club La Costa at Paradise, Tenerife.
Both resorts were different in design and style and have their own specific charm to make the stay very pleasant!
Top class accommodation with great hotel facilities on very beautiful locations.
But what they both have is the great hospitality of the staff of Club La Costa.
Our compliments for all the staff of Club La Costa.

Hello to all at Club La Costa,
I have just returned from a wonderful weekend at Duchally Country Estate and I want to say thank you very much for such an enjoyable time at a wonderful resort.
The accommodation was second to none (thank you for the welcome pack!) and the staff were courteous, well trained and professional. The food was outstanding and the general atmosphere was one of warmth and comfort.
The facilities at the leisure centre were very good and we used them first thing in the morning and last thing at night, especially after I climbed my first munro - Ben Chonzie! We also did a lot of hill walking around the Comrie area just past Muthill.
Duchally Country Estate is elegant and modern at the same time, with a real hint of the old Scottish estates of days gone by.

Dear Alpine Centre,
It was our first visit to the Austrian Alps and we found it breathtaking. We have stayed at many CLC and partner locations around the world but we agreed that this was just about the best holiday we have had. There were many reasons:
- The location was superb and we tried to see as much as possible in the week we were there.
- The welcome when we arrived and the attention to detail during the week was just superb.
- The apartment was comfortable, clean and appropriate for an alpine setting.
- We opted for the Half Board package, which was excellent for just the two of us. We had no shopping or cooking to do and we considered it to be good value for money.
- The restaurant manager, waitresses and chef looked after us really well. It was especially good to have my gluten-free diet taken care of, even though I had not notified the Centre in advance.
- The reception team gave us good pointers for things to do while we were there, which added to the interest of our visit.
Well done! You have a lovely centre and an excellent team. We will be back.

Hi,
We'd like to say how much we enjoyed our stay at Apollonium in Turkey.
We arrived on 10th of August and found the resort at the end of a long country road - the scenic route from the airport was a great time saver, taking only 45 minutes through quiet countryside.
Arriving late in the evening, the Reception was very helpful and we visited the restaurant after putting our cases in the apartment. The service we received was excellent and the food was really nice.
The next morning we explored the resort - finding a Jacuzzi in the garden was the first of many happy surprises, as were the many swimming pools just beyond the garden.
The Reception and restaurant building is designed to look like a ship - curved and pointing out to sea! Amazingly, the evening brought a sunset directly across the bay, which was great to watch as we enjoyed our evening meal with a drink.
As the resort had only opened on 1st August it was interesting to see the new things being added each day, such as signs, walling and sun beds.
It is a great resort and in a rather unique location - Club La Costa has done a brilliant job. Once it is completed and fully used we hope it will still seem like there are very few people on site, as it did when we were there this time.
Well done for this new resort.

Dear Mr Chairman,
I am writing on behalf of my husband and I to express our feelings about Club La Costa. Three words – “Wow! Wow! Wow!” Thank you so much for Club La Costa.
We have recently arrived home from Loryma Hotel Resort in Turunc (our second visit) and cannot praise it enough. The place itself is just absolutely beautiful; it wraps itself around you and gets deep inside you.
Your people – John, Paul and Rodger – what can I say? Over the years in Club La Costa we have come across some nice people, but these three are among the best. Nothing was too much trouble for them the whole 2 weeks of our holiday. They were completely accessible and continually went the extra mile.
The boat trip with John was fabulous; Paul made everyone feel at home, especially on rainy days when he had a file of DVD’s to lend everyone and he even offered to go into the village and bring back fish and chips for us. We spent an evening with them at a local bar where they bought us a drink and brought us home. Roger gave us lots of advice and was so funny – we loved their company. Unbelievable resort and people.
In these present times, when people are down and depressed over the current economic climate, it is wonderful to be a part of Club La Costa. We have enjoyed many holidays and will enjoy many more. We have 2 children, one of whom has 5 children herself and could never afford holidays (especially to Club La Costa standard) so you can imagine their delight when we have been able to take them all to California Beach, Paradise and, just two weeks ago, to Trenython Manor. We are already talking about driving to the south of France next year.
Trenython Manor was beautiful. The lodges were wonderful, with plenty of room for all 13 of us, and what a time we had. The resort was so peaceful and I would recommend it either to couples or families.
Joining Club La Costa is one of the best things we have ever done. We have built up our points over the years and now get to take our parents, children and grandchildren on lovely holidays where we can see them enjoying themselves, rather than just leaving them something for when we are no longer here. Who could ask for more?
Next year we are going on the Yacht Club catamaran around Turkey and then spending a week at another of your new resorts in Bodrum. It just keeps getting better and better!
Your company is very forward thinking, which is fantastic for all involved with Club La Costa. Every resort we have been to is very well organised and very safe, which is very important in this day and age.
