Dear Club La Costa,
My husband and I have just become Gold members of Club La Costa and I would like to say a big “THANK YOU” to one of your staff who has been extremely helpful and kind.
My husband had a back injury recently and the staff member rang several times to see how he was. Her ability to make us feel that we were the only people that mattered is a skill not many people can acquire. She phoned just the other day and her first enquiry was to see how my husband was. She is clearly an asset to you because if she is like this with all of her clientele she is doing a good job.
We had a fabulous holiday with you and we are coming back in May next year. I hope we will be able to meet and thank her personally.

’World of Hotels’ programme
I have just made a very late booking through the Club La Costa ‘World of Hotels’ office and was astounded at their efficiency and helpfulness.
Getting accommodation for 4 adults and 2 children (1 disabled) with less than 24 hours’ notice was fantastic!
Well done Club La Costa.

Stay at Costa del Sol
Hi Donna,
It was nice to speak to you again regarding our next trip to Tenerife.Having discussed the dates with my wife and informing her that the weather in February is warm or, as they say in Yorkshire “its grand”, we have decided to confirm the dates of 12th February 2010 for 1 week.
My wife and I would also like to pass on our sincere thanks for the fantastic accommodation that you arranged for us on the Costa del Sol. Our children loved the apartment and the hot tub was the cherry on the icing on the cake.
We spoke very highly about you to all the Club La Costa staff on our trip and to be honest the help, assistance and advice you provided sold the membership to us.
We would really appreciate if you could forward our compliment on to your manager - I am sure they must already be aware that you are extremely competent at your job and have excellent customer care skills.

World of Hotels
Hi there all at CLC,
As promised, I am writing to inform you as to my thoughts regarding our recent overnight stay using the World of Hotels promotion.
Well what can I say? I was expecting a double room with en-suite, no more and no less. What we got was actually a 9th floor top double suite, with it's own bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, living room plus a larger than average balcony with stunning views of the Thames, O2 Arena and Canary Wharf see photo enclosed.
The only let down was that a new development was being built to the side of the building, but this will be stunning when completed. The staff were very obliging and courteous and the breakfast was like something from the USA....endless and extremely tempting.
Once again, thank you for arranging our stay and introducing us to World of Hotels. We shall certainly be using them again in the future.

Santa Cruz Suites is perfect, with the restaurant and entertainment spot on and very tasteful. It is the best accommodation we
have had, and we are so missing our hot tub today........

‘Hotel Nights’
I have just had the pleasure of booking a 1-night stay in the Ramada Hotel & Suites Dockland through your good selves at Club La Costa.
I initially rang only to enquire, however the lady that dealt with my call, Melanie Simon Ruiz, was most enlightening with regards to how many choices we could have. I have a brochure that only offered 2 choices in London and wasn't expecting either of them to be available at short notice.
I would just like to say that I am very impressed with Melanie's level of service. Even when I chose the Ramada I then asked her to go ahead and check others, in case there was one with a pool for use, and as there wasn't we proceeded with the Ramada Docklands.
I only hope our stay there is just as accommodating. I shall email my thoughts on that next week.
