Hustyns
I recently returned from a holiday at your Hustyns resort and had to write to say what a lovely place it is.
We had a 3-bedroom lodge which was fantastic, with everything anyone could ever want, and the grounds were immaculate.
Our grandchildren did not want to leave and enjoyed, among other things, the wonderful indoor pool which they visited every day - and sometimes twice a day!
Our daughter said she had never visited a place so clean, everywhere you went on the resort was spotless.
The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, making for a great holiday experience.
Everyone at the resort should be complimented on the way it is run and looked after.

Club La Costa Yacht Club
Dear Mercedes, Mandy and Jennifer,
Just a little note to send you all a great big thank you for all the administration work that you did for us prior to and during our fabulous holiday in Turkey. It was lovely to meet you Jennifer. We always like to see who has been helping us a lot, so that we can give a personal thanks.
Please will you forward this email to Roy Peires and Leor Revivo. We would very much like them to know just how much we enjoyed sailing along the Turkish coast and then the faboulour resort of Loryma.
Yacht Club. We were anticipating a brilliant sail, but the Turkish coast far exceeded our expectations. We also really appreciate all that John and Amy did for us in making the sail memorable. Antony's diving was a really astounding experience for him and he cannot wait to go to the Red Sea now; thank you Leor.
Loryma. We were astounded by the fantastic views from the resort. We were equally impressed by the friendliness, professionalism, courtesy and efficiency of all the staff on the site. Everything was wonderful. Thank you. We will definitely be returning there.

Lagunamar, Portugal
We have been members since 1991, usually taking 2 holidays (4 weeks) per year, and we have always had great holidays and find that the accommodation and staff could not be better, wherever you go.
We have just had a wonderful 2 weeks at Lagunamar Suites in Portugal. The accommodation was excellent and the staff could not do enough for us; they were always pleasant, from the management to the domestics.
The restaurant served up delicious meals at excellent quality and value, and their staff were very friendly too. It is a pity more people did not use it more frequently.
All in all, it was an excellent holiday, which I would give a 10 out 10.

Hello,
I would like to say that I completed an evaluation form with regards to this holiday and handed it in when I left. However, I would like these comments to be passed onto the Centre and the ski school, as well as using them for marketing purposes if you wish.
Please feel free to contact me, if you want to, in response to these comments.
We stayed at the Alpine Centre from Tuesday 7th April until Saturday 18th April 2009. The staff were all very polite, professional and helpful. It was probably Nadine that we saw the most and she was the first person we met on arrival. Her welcome was very friendly and immediately put us at ease.
The setting was excellent as were the weather and facilities. Clean towels and maid service every day were welcomed and additional pool towels were another boon.
We all returned home much more relaxed and more energised and this holiday is quite easily summed up by the words of my children, aged 10 and 13, This is the best holiday we've ever been on. Ski school was brilliant; Marco and Jasmine were great teachers and we learnt to ski with them. We kept falling over on the first day, but by day 4 we skied down a red slope all by ourselves. It was fantastic.
