Travel Queries
Dear Travel Team,
I have just made a booking with you for our flights to Spain in June. We are travelling as a family party of 9, with my Dad, who is wheelchair bound.
I would like you to know about the exceptional service given to me by Lisa. She was very friendly, accommodating, professional and a delight to deal with. She was very helpful regarding arrangements for my Dad, making the whole experience a pleasant one.
A very big ‘thankyou’ to her and to the Travel Team in general, who have always been very helpful in my previous bookings too. Excellent!
Very best wishes

Domaine de Fayence, Cote d'Azur, France
We spent a wonderful week at Fayence in the South of France just inland from Cannes and Frejus. The resort was first class and was built as a village where each house was different to the next. The restaurant, bar and pool were excellent and the staff more than helpful.
The surrounding area was very good with hill top villages to visit such as nearby Fayence, Tourettes, Tallin and along the coast the hill top village of Grimaud.
Coupled with this village was Port Grimaud, a purpose built marina and holiday resort facing St. Tropez across the sea. The village and the port were directly connected by a ‘petit train’ and both featured many shops, bars and restaurants.
All the famous Cote d'Azur beaches are within a short car ride from Fayence, for those who want a change from the first class pool and other facilities.

Excellent customer management and care
To whom it may concern,
I recently phoned to enquire about ‘Hotel Nights’ and subsequently made a reservation with the help of Claudia Rueda.
I want to bring your attention to her very warm and capable handling of my enquiries. She was patient and thorough and her customer care was exemplary.
Please convey my thanks and appreciation to her for a job very well done!
Thank you.
With kind regards,
Eric Foo.

Testimonial – Monterey Royale, Tenerife
We have just returned from a week’s stay at Club Monterey Royale in Tenerife and wanted to say thank you for the very relaxing break. The staff could not have been more helpful and we have returned with a much clearer picture of how to benefit from being CLC members.
Thinking about the highlights of the trip, I have to mention the Welcome Meeting. This is the first time I have experienced a CLC Welcome Meeting and I have to say that it far surpasses any other holiday company. Not here, the reluctant glass of watered down alcohol but, instead, a regular supply of Sangria and an amazing paella meal. In addition, there was clear guidance on trips and resort facilities, as well as the opportunity to book the most relaxing massage I have ever experienced – a definite recommendation for future visitors.
The accommodation was superb with special touches that made the whole time very hard to forget. Arriving in the resort late at night, we were dealt with efficiently and given our room details. The ‘room’ was a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony - larger than most hotel accommodation - complete with our own Jacuzzi. This sense of luxury is what makes CLC stand out from its competitors. However, the homely touches also exist with the basic foodstuffs in the fridge, so a late-night snack could be easily prepared.
Once again, thank you and we look forward to staying again as now that we are back in England the experience is proving hard to forget. So much so that we have already booked our next CLC break.

I felt I had to write and let you know what a wonderful time we had at Duchally in April. We booked this holiday with my mother-in-law in mind, as she (and us come to that) had never been to Scotland. We have travelled abroad with CLC many times, but have never found the time to explore our own country!
What a great place Duchally is; we were made very welcome on our arrival and quickly unpacked in order to explore the complex, and very impressive it was too.
While in Scotland we purchased a Scotland Treasure Ticket, which gave us access to three castles (Glamis, Blair and Scone) and two distilleries (Grouse and Bells) - a real bargain, as it was much cheaper than paying individually. My mother-in-law particularly wanted to see Glamis, and she was not disappointed.
Duchally is 2 miles from Gleneagles, and although we do not play golf, we had to have our pictures taken at the entrance to send to friends in USA, who would have loved to have been there. You are able to walk through the golf course as there is a public right of way, so you can get some great pictures of the course and clubhouse.
On Thursday, there was a ghost evening held in the bar at Duchally, which was good fun and there was no chance of us ‘dropping off’ as there were many times when we were startled by the very clever narrator.
We would definitely go to Duchally again, and thanks to CLC, we know what standards to expect and have yet to be disappointed.
Attached are pictures of my husband and mother-in-law at Loch Ness, Gleneagles entrance and a deer on the side of the road in Glencoe.

Our Prelude holiday on the Costa del Sol
To all at Club La Costa,
Myself, my partner and two daughters have just returned from a fabulous week on the Costa del Sol for our ‘Prelude’ holiday. Right from the off we were impressed by the site and the friendly welcome of the staff.
Having flown in on a very early flight and been met at the airport, leaving behind the snow fall that was on the ground as we left Birmingham airport, we sat outside the Safari Club with our complimentary drinks surrounded by sunshine, pine trees and waterfalls, it was a wonderful way to start the week.
When we were taken to Malibu Mansions we were ‘blown away’ with the apartment. The quality and the fixtures and fittings were superb. Not to mention the hot tub on the balcony. My girls were over the moon.
Dennis Jones Jnr., our designated Sales Rep, took us on a tour of the site and the surrounding area, giving us lots of good advice about places to see and where all the amenities were. Even the lowest grade of apartment was far better than anything we'd stayed in before.
We visited Mijas, Marbella and the market at Fuengirola, on the three free days car hire you provided - although my partner was not as good as he thought at driving on the wrong side of the road. Our apartment was so good we spent our last day lazing on the balcony, taking in the view and the sunshine.
We had no hesitation in wanting to become members and hope that all our holidays with the Vacation Club will be up to the very high standard of Costa del Sol.
Thank you Club La Costa, for opening up a whole new world to our family.
Yours sincerely,
Julia Jordan
